All candles are handmade in small batches. As a result:

  • These variations are part of the handmade character and are not considered defects

We may limit quantities or refuse orders at our discretion.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

5. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Once a package is handed to the carrier, we are not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages.

6. Returns & Refunds

Due to the nature of our products (candles and handmade goods), all sales are final unless your item arrives damaged or defective.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 3–5 days of delivery with photos.

7. Liability

The Wandering Wick is not responsible for any injury, damage, or adverse reaction resulting from improper use of our products.

All branding, product names, descriptions, and content are the property of The Wandering Wick and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without permission

All orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing times may vary depending on order volume.

Custom & Handmade Goods

Because each item is handcrafted, slight imperfections or variations are expected and celebrated.

Shipping Policy
